When deepWEB chose to target micro and small businesses (MSEs) we knew that we would be called upon to provide more handholding and support than if we had chosen to target larger and greater-resourced businesses. It just comes with the territory.

But we don’t mind because we know MSEs are where the greatest un-met needs are for e-business solutions and where we can more likely make a direct and significant impact.

We’re following a three-pronged approach involving video tutorials, an online forum and seminars/workshops to provide this handholding and support. Today we’re making available on our site online video tutorials for Google Sites and WordPress, our two preferred website building tools:

Google Sites Tutorials: http://www.deepweb.com.au/support/online-resources/google-sites-tutorials/

WordPress Tutorials: http://www.deepweb.com.au/support/online-resources/wordpress-tutorials/

The WordPress video tutorials are available only to our WordPress clients. Are you one of them? Contact us to obtain your access credentials.

It’s been a long time coming and now it’s finally here: our own site has gone live after a long period with the Under Construction banner on.

Not that we ever forgot the clients we’ve been servicing through the years. Our online account management system have always been available to them even while this site was still under construction.

Now they’re both live and available to everyone, too.
